Office overpricing?

I always thought Office was charging a bit more than what they really should for their products (although I would say Aldo is much worse), but look at this!

This is the one I got last week, and without the 20% student discount cost £52.

But I was gutted to find this pair at Topshop, at just £38!
They are practically the same, with the exactly same white soles. The mere difference would be the number of straps/stitchings at the sides and the decoration at the front. And that's £14 worth of difference? I don't think so.

Nowadays it's impossible to find a pair of faux-leather shoes at Office that cost less than £50. I wonder what they're charging us for?
